  • The facility is developed to produce cutting edge technology in the field of formulation development of solid orals, liquid orals, ointment & creams for india, row, mena , australia, eu & usa market.
  • The facility includes formulation development , evaluation of solid oral,topical and liquid orals delivery systems.
  • We also take pre-clinical animal study work of syntheitic investigational drugs & also herbal extracts for functionality tests.
  • Can also take quantitaive estimation of herbal extracts , analytical method development and coa generation.
  • Can help the pharma industry by addressing trouble shootings issues and production issues faced with respect to products during manufacturing.
  • Capable of developing nano formulations to increase the bio-availabilty and more efficient formulations using our nano formulation research lab.

Solid Orals,liquids,ointment & Creams Development Facilty

1. Mini Tablet Press GMP Model – (Mini Press I MODEL – PT-D+B-10):

  • High speed mechanical device with 10 stations
  • It compresses the ingredients into the required tablet shape with extreme precision.
  • After the preparation of granules either by wet granulation, dry granulation or direct compression they are compressed to get final product.
  • Max. tablet diameter = 23 mm
  • Max. depth of fill = 18mm
  • Turret rpm(min/max) = 10-30
  • Punch length = 133.65mm
  • Max. operating pressure = 6 tons

2. Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)

  • Mostly widely used technique for drying pharmaceutical powders and granulation.
  • Direct contact between particle and air /gas is possible in fluid bed system.
  • Any type of gas or air is used.
  • Model- PFBD-2 Kg
  • Container volume- 2 liters.
  • Drying temp. 35-80 degree Centigrade
  • Motor power- 2HP/1.5KW

3. RAPID MIXER GRANULATOR (RMG):

  • It is a multipurpose processor equally suitable for high speed dispersion of dry powders, aqueous or solvent granulation and effervescent products and melt palletization.
  • Gross capacity- for 3 liter (1kg bowl)
  • Max. working vol.- 0.5 kg Chopper blade RPM- 15 to 150 rpm. Max.
  • Chopper motor- 0.5 HP, 300 RPM.

4.DOUBLE CONE BLENDER :

  • Widely used for batch production.
  • Used for small amount of powders.
  • Efficient for mixing powders of different densities.
  • Rate of rotation-30 to 100 rpm
  • Capacity- 2 kg

5.MINI – MULTIMILL :

  • High speed pulverizing, mixing, shredding and chopping for wet and dry granulation without special attachments.
  • SS wire mesh sieve- 5 – 20 mm
  • Rotor speed – 750/1500/2300/3000 RPM.

6.VIBRO SIFTER :

  • It is a revolving vibrational sifting system designed to provide sorting, scale and scoring procedures for all applications in the medicinal, chemical, food industries.
  • Model- 6“ Inch
  • Screen Size- 200 mm

7. CONVENTIONAL COATING PAN :

  • It is used as sugar coat tablet, pills in for a variety of industries .
  • On the other hand, film coating is a process that involves coating medicines with a single spray polymer. Tablet coating pan provide solution for coating onto tablets after compression process

Nano Formulation Development Facility

1.BROOKEFIELD VISCOMETER:

  • Used to prepare homogeneous solutions nano-emulsions, nano-suspensions, etc.
  • Speed:-33000 rpm
  • Sample size:- 10ml and above.

2.EPPENDORF BIO-SPECTRO PHOTOMETER:

  • Used for protein estimation and fluorescent estimation studies.
  • Sample size 10 micro liters and above.
  • 200-830 nm wavelength.
